The Hospitality Association is all about trying to help Hospitality Operators in as many ways as we can with their businesses. To follow are some of the ways in which we try to do this:

Legal Advice and Assistance
The Hospitality Association employs an in-house Legal Adviser and eight Regional Managers who are able to provide advice and assistance with most aspects of your business. This advice is available to members 24 hours per day, seven days per week via our toll-free number, 0800 500 503. Our specialty areas are Employment and Liquor Licensing. Advocacy
The Association provides Industry advocacy at both national and local levels on all matters impacting on the business of hospitality. Please refer to our Industry News/Issues section.

Updates and Seminars
You will automatically become a member of your local branch and from time to time the branch will hold informative seminars and meetings to keep you up to date with issues and best practices, e.g. customer service, armed robbery survival or employment. Generally there will be only a small charge, if any, to attend such seminars. Click here to view the current Training and Seminar information. The Association also publishes an informative newsletter called ServiceLine which is distributed to members on a monthly basis.

Networking
You will have the opportunity to meet other industry colleagues at local branch meetings, functions and seminars, national sporting events or at our annual national trade show and conference.
