The Association holds an annual conference which is a not to be missed hospitality event. As well as offering members the opportunity to be updated on relevant issues and gain new ideas on how to run their businesses better, it is also a fun packed three days with social events including the DB Experience, Celebrity Luncheon and Lion Nathan Awards Dinner where members always enjoy networking.

Eating, drinking and politics is the theme of this year’s conference in Auckland on 28 to 30 September 2010. With all the political turmoil, speculation and possible change this year’s conference is a must attend.

Trade Fair Expo – 28 and 29 September 2010 - SKYCity Auckland

The Hospitality Association Conference and Trade Expo is attended by the industry's key opinion formers, business owners and decision makers. The Trade Expo will run along our established and proven format, commencing on Tuesday 28 September:

Tuesday 28 September - Trade show commences with cocktails served amongst the exhibits, as part of the official opening
5.30 pm -7.30pm

Wednesday 29 September - Morning tea and lunch served amongst the exhibits
10:30 am to 2:00 pm

As delegates are eager to participate in the trade show we do not schedule other conference events at this time. We actively encourage participation by serving refreshments amongst the exhibits, running a trade show questionnaire with a prize draw for the winner, and giveaways during the show that are promoted in session.

The Trade Expo will also be promoted in the greater Auckland area to generate interest from within the industry, the public and non exhibiting trade personnel.

Exhibitors Package
· one site in the trade hall area (approx 3m wide x 2m deep)
· delegate questionnaire to encourage people to circulate
· one complimentary delegate conference registration to the business sessions, including either
- the fun outing on Wednesday evening 29 September or - the black tie Awards dinner on Thursday 30 September
· an expected attendance in excess of about 400

Cost of one trade site only $1195 plus gst (discounted to $1095 plus gst if paid by 31 August)
