GreetNZ Course GreetNZ is a customer service training programme that brings out the very best in your staff. It focuses on what makes our unique New Zealand service some of the best in the world. This one-day course (9.00 am - 5.00 pm) has been subsidised by the Hospitality Standards Institute. It costs $85 per staff member and they receive a course book and Certificate of Participation.
